About Us
How We Came To Be
All about the Ontario Growth Association.
In October 2002, a small group of local business people gathered to discuss the idea of an association which would support the business and family community within the City of Ontario. The discussion led to the formation of the Ontario Growth Association (OGA). In January 2003, officers were elected from the original 11 charter members and the OGA has been a growing, positive force ever since, with a current membership of over 80 local businesses and residents.
The OGA is a 501 (c)6 non-profit organization (#453262751 ). The current membership fee is $50.00, renewable every January. The OGA meets the first Thursday of each month at 2021 West Fourth Street, behind the medical offices of Dr. Bakenhaster and Dr. Timperman, near Express Imaging. The meetings start at 8:00 a.m. and usually end around 9:00 a.m. We invite you to attend a meeting, or consider sending a representative from your business.
Business owners, managers and local residents are such a vital part of organizations such as the OGA. The more involved you become, the better our organization will grow and serve the community.
